Renowned horse trainer, adventurer, free rider and award-winning filmmaker Emma Massingale is the second big name to join the line up for this year’s Your Horse Live (7-9 November).

Emma is best known for bridleless riding and working at liberty with her team of Connemaras and Shetland ponies.

She will be with us at Stoneleigh Park on all three days, showing her training methods and sharing some of the secrets to her success.

  • Watch her and her ponies perform live in two exciting SEIB Main Arena demos on both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Get up close with Emma and her animals in our new Meet the Horses zone every day.
  • Feel inspired and learn more about her methods in the How To Yard — there will be dogs in there too!
  • Hear more about her exciting horsey adventures and her incredible connection and creativity with horses when she takes to the stage.

Tickets are on sale now and are currently frozen at last year’s prices. Book today as the price freeze won’t last forever!

About Emma

Emma set up her yard in Devon in 2001. Since then she has gained international recognition for the way she trains and works with horses.

As well as competing in all major disciplines, she has travelled the world cultivating her own style of horsemanship. Emma has dedicated her life to communicating with horses in their own language.

When at home you might find her Roman riding (standing on the horses’ backs) or working a small herd at liberty on the local moor or beach.

She once cycled almost 1,000km in a purpose-built trike with two ponies and a dog on board as passengers.

Emma, Percy, Stanley and Inca travelled from Switzerland through Germany, France and the Netherlands to raise a tonne of cash for charity.

Four of her Connemaras once roamed the Horseware Ireland factory. A Shetland was also caught on camera raiding a local Mole Valley Farmers store after closing.

In short, Emma and her team of ponies are entertaining, inspiring and brilliant at what they do.
