About
Cathryn is an associate solicitor at Irwin Mitchell. She specialises in assisting people in claims after they have suffered serious injury in a wide range of circumstances, including on the road, at work and in public places. This includes horse riders and people who have been injured by horses or other animals, and she has developed expertise in using the Animals Act legislation to do so.
I am a Trustee of the Mark Davies Injured Riders Fund which is a charity which provides help to those injured by horses and provides input to key safety issues in the equestrian world.
I regularly assist the British Horse Society with their talks about horse rider safety and using the roads. I was awarded the Sefton Award by the British Horse Society for my contribution to road safety.
