Over the coming months, Scarsdale Vets is  is looking to expand the number of local practices it has, and this new website will be key. www.weareoneteam.co.uk will be a platform to showcase all the the vacant roles at all levels.

On launching the website has 15 job listings, ranging from specialist vets and nurses and also non-clinical support roles.  As well as details about the roles on offer, potential candidates will be able to get a clear feel for the culture and team spirit that is part of Scarsdale ethos, and hear from current staff about working within the practices.

Potential candidates will be able to watch a range of short films from current members of staff, offering a personal insight into each of the different teams, covering farm, equine, referral specialists, nursing and clinical support, small animal vets and non clinics staff. They will also be able to find out more information about Scarsdale as a mindful employer, CPD opportunities and wider career development support.

On launching the new website, Wendy Furness, partner at Scarsdale said: "We have taken this unusual step in creating a recruitment platform as we want to attract the very best people to work with us who are the right fit for our expanding team and to ensure we're the right fit for them too. We have a fantastic team and we wanted people to be able to to find out more about working in the business from current team members.
