It's England vs India at Chestertons Polo in the Park and the competition is hotting up
Hazel Jackson, the first female to play for the England team in 10 years, and the first ever female to play at Chestertons Polo in the Park on Friday the 9th of June, will be taking on HH Maharaja Padmanabh Singh, part of Team India.
HH Maharaja Padmanabh Singh, part of the Royal family of Jaipur, is following in the footsteps of his great grandfather, who was the part of the team to have last played England at Hurlingham Park.
The event hosts teams who represent six different cities from around the world who compete over three days.
Friday 9th June is the England International match at Hurlingham, where the teams will be competing under the City Polo Series Rules.
This year the event is particularly special as ICM Capital Team England take on Champions Polo League Team India, who will be returning to Hurlingham Park for the first time in over 70 years.
The day is a great day out for polo fanatics and amateurs.
With plenty of bars, food stalls, music and gardens to stroll round, there is even a 'Pitch Invasion’ for children on the morning of Sunday 11th June for any little ones keen to have some fun while their parents enjoy the day.
Tickets are on sale from £30 to £47.50
