Horse whispering is good for business

Horse whispering could help business leaders, a report from the BBC suggests.

Business correspondent Ben Thompson travelled to Abu Dhabi to see how a company called True Leadership uses horses to train people to become better managers.

The two women who run the courses say they help people develop the skills needed to lead teams to success.

“Horses give quick, clear, immediate feedback about how the person is presenting themselves,” said co-founder Koelle Simpson.

The two women get participants to run horses in a round pen, and to use body language to develop teamwork with the animals.
