Top class action from the Subaru-sponsored Burnham Market International Horse Trials will be hitting TV screens over the next few months, featuring exciting coverage of the World Cup Qualifier and the 3-Star International Advanced series.

The World Cup qualifier saw most of the leading names taking part and the section reached a fitting climax with Francis Whittington claiming the honours on Sir Percival. Second place went to Ruth Edge and Two Thyme while Mary King and Call Again Cavalier took third place.

In the 3-Star International Advanced sections William Fox-Pitt and Oliver Townend led the way with Navigator and Coup de Coeur.

T Watts of Horse & Country TV said, “We had a lot of fun filming at Burnham Market and were made very welcome by the organisers and riders. It is our aim at Horse & Country TV to bring viewers increased coverage from the world of eventing and we were delighted with the action we captured from this great event in Norfolk. To have so many of the country’s top riders in one place all at the same time made for excellent TV.”

The TV crew will once again be heading east to capture the action from the Subaru Houghton International which runs May 22 to 25. Houghton International is the country’s newest international horse trials and is set in the stunning surrounds of Houghton Hall in North West Norfolk.

Horse & Country TV will be repeating footage from the Burnham Market World Cup Qualifier throughout May and June. Tune in to Sky Channel 280 for great eventing action.
