Video interview with Monty Roberts and Kelly Marks

 I consider myself extremely honoured that I was able to attend a Monty Roberts demonstration in February this year. His technique is amazing and it really works. Kelly Marks was also there with her wonderful horse 'Pie.' If anyone gets the opportunity to go don't hesitate! You will get so much out of it. I believe he will be on tour here in UK later this year.

Over the last four years I have had dealings with a very traumatised mare who basically didn't trust anyone so as a result no-one trusted her.. I did  'Join up' with her and got a great result very quickly. I continued to use this method before working her and she became more trusting of me. You could see her expression change and her work began to improve. She still has her moments and is very wary of strangers but this experience has helped me understand her more and trust her more.
