Calling all aspiring eventers – do you fancy a course walk at Blenheim Horse Trials in the company of a professional eventer?

Rider Ginny Howe is running a competition for 10 lucky people to join her as she walks this year’s Blenheim course on Friday, 7 September, during which she’ll be sharing her tips and advice about tackling such a demanding course.

To enter, you’ll need to head to Ginny’s website at www.ginnyhowe-eventing.co.uk and tell her team what the stable name of her Blenheim horse Divilabit is. Full information is on the site and entries must be received by 5pm on Friday, 24 August.

Ginny is offering the prize in conjunction with her sponsors Kärcher, The Juniper Co and saddler Kevin McArdle - Kärcher is a major sponsor at Blenheim and the course walk winners will get to see how its pressure washers help keep everything spotless at the event.

Terms and conditions

The first correct entries will be drawn from the bag will win the prize and the judge’s decision in final. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Entry is open to residents of the UK. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.  The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. Winners will be confirmed in writing by the promoters. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
