If you fancy walking the cross country course at Badminton Horse Trials with Olympic event rider Mary King and doing your bit for charity at the same time this is the event for you. Here's your chance to learn from one of our best event riders - an opportunity not to miss especially with the Olympics coming up later this year. You can join Mary King on a Badminton course walk in aid of the Child Brain Injury Trust. The event, takes place on Saturday 5th May and is part of the Trust’s ‘Challenge 21’ campaign, which aims to raise £210,000 in its 21st anniversary year.

To attend you need to pledge a minimum of £40 in sponsorship to join the walk which lasts approximately 2½ hours. During that time, Mary will explain how she plans to ride each fence, as well as sharing her past experiences. You’ll gain lots of great hints and tips from Mary on the art of cross country riding.

Gatehouse Hats, who are supporting the walk, are also offering those involved in the walk a 10% discount off any hat purchased on their Badminton trade stand, number 213.

Mary is a Patron for the Child Brain Injury Trust, which supports families of children with acquired brain injury. All proceeds will go to the charity.
