PolyJumps, a leading manufacturer of plastic polymer show jumps, dressage arena boards and driving cones, has launched two useful schooling aids.
Aimed at riders who want to be more creative with their training at home, the Mini Block is ideal for helping to improve horses’ co-ordination, flatwork and elevation work, as well as for children learning to jump.
The Mini Block has a multi-directional mould, doesn’t rot nor have any sharp edges and is light and easy to carry.
Starting at an affordable £19.95, it is available in a range of colours.
Meanwhile, Polepods raise trotting poles off the ground and are designed for schooling, training and rehabilitation purposes.
Using Polepods and trotting poles can improve a horse’s balance and rhythm and will encourage him to work ‘over his back’.
Designed to cup a standard four inch diameter pole, each Polepod is four inches high (without the pole) and costs £25. It is recommended, however, that you do not exceed double height plus pole.
