Leading event rider Oliver Townend has agreed a sponsorship deal with quality saddlery and accessories brand Kentaur.

The deal will provide Oliver with a wide variety of equipment and tack, from saddles and bridles through to protective boots, show shirts and chaps.

Oliver said: “The Kentaur brand is a name that combines quality with performance – whether it’s protective horse boots or accessories, Kentaur installs confidence in both horse and rider and gives me total reassurance, so that all I have to worry about is training and competing.”

Paul Hill, managing director and owner of Hills Wholesale (Edgemere Ltd), which distributes the brand, added: “We are delighted to have Oliver on board as our first ‘official’ UK sponsored rider – it’s fantastic to have scooped such talent!”
