Limited edition prints inspired by top show jumper Ellen Whitaker are to go on sale at The London International Horse Show, Olympia, in December.
The series of four prints entitled ‘Show Jumping Gold’ are by popular equine artist Terry Kirkwood. She created them from sketches made while watching show jumpers warming up their horses in the collecting ring at a show.
One of the prints, number III, is inspired by show jumping’s golden girl, Ellen Whitaker.
Terry has an ability to record the horse’s movement and energy, capturing it on paper, and many of her paintings feature bold, bright colours in an eye-catching, contemporary design.
The prints are limited editions of 495 and measure 14” x 9.5”. Each print costs £45 (unframed) or £95 (framed) and can be purchased separately or as a set.
‘Show Jumping Gold’ will be available to view or purchase from the Dappled Designs stand at The London International Horse Show, Olympia (December 16th – 21st) along with other examples of the artist’s work.
