Land Rover has entered into a new four-year deal with the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

The deal will go up to and include the 2013 Show.

Although Land Rover has supported Royal Windsor for many years, the company’s principle sponsorship of the Show began in 2004.

As well as being the title sponsor of four jumping classes, two Showing Championships and the Land Rover International Driving Grand Prix, the UK car manufacturer is also the official vehicle supplier for the show throughout the week.

The agreement also covers sponsorship of the Royal Tattoo at Windsor Castle, which takes place at the same venue, on the evenings of the Horse Show.

Simon Brooks-Ward, Event Director of the Show, said: “We are delighted to have received the backing of Land Rover for a further four years.

“The brand is synonymous with the equestrian community and its support puts Royal Windsor in a secure position for the future, in order that we can remain one of the largest outdoor equestrian shows in the UK.”

Anthony Bradbury, Marketing Director of Land Rover UK added: “With a natural heritage between the Land Rover brand and equestrian disciplines, Royal Windsor Horse Show is a very special event for us.

“We are therefore hugely proud to confirm that we will remain a principle sponsor, and look forward to showcasing our exciting new range of vehicles to Royal Windsor visitors.“
