Ride World Wide is offering riders the chance to join event rider Daisy Dick on a safari in the Chyulu Hills, Kenya.

Those taking part will explore South East Kenya’s unspoilt Chyulu Hills, only 55 miles from towering Kilimanjaro, on a well-schooled horse, from 29th January to 6th February 2009.

Olympic squad member and gold medallist Daisy is thrilled about the trip: “I am very excited to be going on this safari. I have a zoology degree and a long-standing career as a rider - what better way to combine the two!”

The safari is limited to eight guests and will be lead by experienced guides and supported by a crew of grooms and camp staff. As well as riding, there will be additional opportunities for game viewing on foot and by vehicle, delicious freshly-prepared meals, a full and varied bar (all included) and thoughtful extras such as ice for drinks.

The safari camps are set up with creature comforts in mind; large walk-in safari tents, with fully made-up twin or double wrought iron beds, attached bathroom with traditional ‘bucket and pulley’ shower and long drop loo, and a central mess tent with dining table and chairs, for meals.

There are just a few places left on the safari. For details and an itinerary call Ride World Wide on 01837 82544 or email info@rideworldwide.com.
