A free lecture on the latest techniques for diagnosing lameness and new treatment techniques is being hosted by the Three Counties Equine Hospital in Herefordshire.

Mark Georgetti DVSc MACVSc MRCVS will present a talk on the diagnosis of lameness and the use of new imaging systems to identify problem areas.

David Mountford MA VetMB MRCVS will discuss stem cells and their use in equine tendon injuries. He will illustrate how and why tendon injuries occur and will explain the rationale behind using stem cells to treat them.

The event at Ledbury Rugby Club on March 5 is being sponsored by VetCell.
