Riders north of the border are being encouraged to take on a pink-themed dressage test to raise money for cancer charities.
The Canter for a Cure event is taking place at Lawmarnock Farm, in Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire, from noon on Saturday, 18 August, and will feature six classes all with a pink dress code.
Organised in association with Refrewshire Riding Club and the host venue, all the proceeds from the event will go to cancer research charities, and riders are encouraged to return from 5pm for a barbecue and party, plus prize raffle.
Classes start at Introductory and run up to Elementary, with entry costing £10 for each, plus a musicality class costing £5, which can be ridden solo or in pairs. Entries close on 15 August.
