· Adult weekend ticket valid for entry on Saturday 10 November and Sunday 11 November
Main Arena General information (all visitors):
· No seating can be held and reserved for members of your family/party who do not enter the arena at the same time as you
· There will be no access to the arena once the performance has started
· Seating is not guaranteed as part of your entry ticket price unless you have purchased VIP gold or silver tickets.
· If you leave the arena hall during a performance you will not allowed re-entry to the arena. There are toilets and refreshments available within the arena hall.
· All standard ticket holders will be required to leave the arena after each performance. Should you wish to watch the next performance you will be required to re-join the queue outside the arena hall.
· All shopping bags must be stored under your seat, held on your lap or placed in the Shop and Drop areas.
VIP Gold and Silver ticket holders only:
· As a VIP ticket holder you are purchasing a seat in the arena for the day and are guaranteed entry to every performance in the main arena on the day you have booked your ticket for.
· You will be allocated your seat at the time of booking. If you are visiting as a party of people you will need to all book at the same time to guarantee seats next to each other (subject to availability). Changes cannot be made to seat numbers after they have been booked.
· There will be no access to VIP seats once a performance has started
· Only VIP ticket holders will be able to remain in their seats between each performance.
· Access to the VIP Gold refreshment area is via a staircase. If you are unable to access the stairs then please contact 0800 358 0058 (Mon-Fri) for details on the alternative facilities.
· If you are a wheelchair user and to ensure you have a reserved seat on the viewing platform please notify The Ticket factory when booking your VIP package
· If you are unable to access stairs, but not in a wheelchair, please notify The Ticket Factory when booking your VIP package
· All children aged 5 and over must have their own seat in the VIP area
· Tickets must be retained at all times and wristbands must be worn (supplied with tickets)
