Loss of confidence when riding or around horses can stem from a variety of issues. Rosie Withey is a BHSII and equestrian and life coach who has developed Equine Clear Direction courses to provide personal coaching and training programmes and to enable riders to find harmony with their horse, enjoy their riding more and achieve their goals. Here Rosie gives us an insight into what can be done to overcome confidence problems.
