Private Lesson with Kitty Boggis: Part 1

Kitty Boggis is the name to watch in eventing. As an up-and-coming young rider, she was the first person to represent Great Britain at all levels (Pony, Junior, Young Riders and Senior), and has a wealth of experience. Now sponsored by Toggi, watch out for Kitty and her top horse Boondoggle at events throughout 2010.

As well as representing Great Britain as a rider, Kitty is also making quite a name for herself as a trainer. Recently she gave one lucky Your Horse reader – Tracy Davoile from near Swindon ¬ in Wiltshire – a Private Lesson on her young Warmblood Roscoe, who is just five.

Tracy told Kitty she had backed Roscoe just over a year ago, and was now trying to improve his flatwork and progress his jumping. Roscoe is a lovely chap but has a tendency to be tense and rush in his work, so there is plenty to work on…
