Olympic dressage rider Carl Hester really knows what he’s doing when it comes to getting the most from a horse’s paces.

In this series of videos filmed at Your Horse Live 2008, Carl introduces several of his young horses and demonstrates how he will work on their paces to make them into Grand Prix performers of the future.

He also introduces his first Spanish horse – Rico – after years of saying that he would never ride one!
