Horse Care

Some help with an injury please!

Hi guys, this is a long story so please bear with me as I would really be interested in any experience/advice anyone has!!

about 12 weeks ago my horse picked up an injury jumping.landed from a jump and he wouldn't put any  weight on it at all, thought he'd broken his leg (back) but my instructor helped me keep him moving & he walked it off a lot, called the vet & when he came his useful peice of advice was 'let's hope he's pulled a ligament not snapped one'

Bye Bye for a short while !

This house moving stuff is very stressful !! Finally we have exchanged contracts and hope to complete tomorrow ( fingers crosssed ) I don't expect many of you to remember but we are relocating to Northern Ireland, mainly to aquire some extra land for the horses and to give us a less hectic lifestyle ! We will be moving in with my mum for a while then Dermot will go over first with a friend to sort out stabling and fencing etc, when he comes back we have to arrange transport for Tenor and Tilly. It's all go atm lol.
