I'm assuming they are just grazes and not deep cuts which would be better being seen by a vet.  As long as your pony's tetanus jab is up to date then you just need to keep the wound clean - a saline solution is good for cleaning wounds.  I find dermasolve useful on grazes and small cuts. 

If the cuts are near bone and/or joints then it's best to ring your vets and get their opinion as these sort of cuts can get nasty if any infection gets in.

If your pony's tetanus is out of date I'd ring the vet.
