Thick nasal discharge is one of the signs of strangle feel around his neck and jaw area if there is any lumps call the vet imdediatly and make the yard owners aware if this is the case.

My horse has a thick nasal discharge aswell. Hes not stabled at all at the minute because hes got COPD. Any help would be great.

my horse has had thick white nasal discharge and it turned out to be a infected absyce in his nasal cavity also it might be an infected tooth though both suggestion are usally found in only one nostril hope this helps xo

feed wet hay off the floor all feeds and water have on the floor so it can run out of him and feel garlic and clean the discharge away. if its not improved in a week call your vet out.
