it sounds as though she does have a conformation fault- although good work with the farrier, a quick check-over by the vet, and plenty of exercise (out 24/7 up until at least 2yrs old) in the field would help conformation and strenght.
There is a strong possibilty that, with age (up to about 6yrs old) her legs will get stronger and will be nothing to worry about.
You will probably always have to keep an eye on her workload (the tendons and ligaments will be slightly longer so with work, its more likely that she would have a accident and end up retireing early). However, with careful management she should go on and have a normal life.
