I would think most vets would do this, but you would need to have them handled a bit so that the vet can get near them.  The problem is that at 2 years old they're really going to be wild about it!  You'll just need to keep at it, our filly was handled since she was a day old, by the time she was 4 weeks old she would let you pick up her feet and as a result she's really easy to do at 14 months old, been to her first show etc.  I don't envy your task at two years!  Good luck!
