Take deep breaths before you go in the ring, but as you get closer to the competition play a computer game of something, do something that will take your mind of it. Then when you get to the competition walk the course, go through the course in your head an think positivly about every jump, jump it well in your head. Go into the ring with your head up and jump every jump how you imagined in your head, but don't go up to jump and think arrgghh scary jump, just think ahead, before your even at the jump think that your over the other side.
