Hi there, was watching a video today about Tim Stockdale and he said before he goes into the ring he warms up about 4 horses beofre he is meant to go in, if u r on small courses then i would warm up about 6/8 horses before as they will go round fast, and then 2/4 riders before get off and just run threw in your mind the course and think of any dodgy jumps and think about what you need to do to prevent a run out etc. and then hop back on and have a walk around the collecting ring and then go in and do your round. Just try and think about the course, i am going to do this at my next show because i pannick so much that i am realllllly worried about forgetting the course.
