When I go out on hacks I go past a lot of horses that I don’t know and my horse just looks interested and then carries on. Last time we went down a quiet lane where my mare saw a small foal on its own and she started to call to it. I put my mare up into trot and she lifted her legs and head up really high and almost trotted on the spot. She wouldn’t stop bargeing into the road to get to this foal. We carried on but all down the road she was neighing to this foal and it was neighing back.
