She is only four. She is still young, unbalanced and unschooled. I suggest getting a professional to give you some lessons. She will need to be taught how to move off your leg, how to bend, how to balance in canter, etc. Your own riding and skills will need to be sharper and more in tune with a young horse in order to help her.
Find out how much training she had before you got her, make sure her back and teeth are all good and that her tack fits. At this age you will NEED to keep getting it checked every few months as she will be ahcnging shape so much.
Find a good instructor and you should be well on your way to getting a perfect horse. Just please don't think any of this is her fault, she is only doing what she knows, you need to help her and teach her.
