when i am sitting to a trot with my stirrups i put my heels down and lean back slightly and still sit up tall, and when im bareback i just lean back slightly its quite complicated but you will soon get a hand of it sweets :)

You can get lots of things to help, but the best thing to change is your position. Keeping your upper torso straight and your lower back relaxed and supple. Don't concentrate or overwork it, or you can get worse! I had trouble with it, but it's quite hard. Try without stirrups and it can really help your balance. xx

HI the sitting trot will become more comfortable when you can absorb all the uphill forward and sideways movement- quite a lot of motion in fact.
