My connemara is a grey roan so he isn't fully grey or white. I have brown tack and at the moment a black girth (because his tack used to be black). Should I be putting a white girth on him for showing or will this just make the girth stand out even more? I'm changing to a brown girth anyway so my tack will match, but I've seen a lot of grey ponies with white girths and heard it doesn't distract they eye.
