I loaned my pony out three years ago and gave notice on the contract due to a breach of contract. Now they refuse to let me collect my horse! Where do I stand?

Sorry to ask but what exactly is the breach of contract? I have known people to have struggles getting their horses back from loan if the breach was only something minor. However they have got their horses back in the end.

if you have a written contract and it is signed and you have given written termination of the contract then i cant see why you couldnt just go and get your horse back. It legally belongs to you and as nasty as it sounds they cant keep what is not their property. It may be worth asking a citizens advice place first to see what they say but i am sure you have the right to collect your property. Nat
