Absolutely not! Shes broken her contract, you should either 1) turn up and remove your horse from the loan home. or 2) Give her 2 weeks notice that if she does not provide you with proof of vaccination completed via showing you your mares vaccination card then you will be returning to collect her and the loan contract will be terminated.
