My horse is kept at a livery yard and when my horse was vaccinated recently I wanted to be present. I was in the box with my horse when the vet & yard manager arrived. The manager asked me to leave the box to which I refused and said I could handle him. The manager then aggressively told me to “get out of the box now”, that “I was not to touch him”. I insisted that I handle him but again was told to “get out of the box now”. Where do I stand? What right does the manager have to take control?
