I was bucked off and seriously injured. A month before the incident the saddle fitter checked the saddle confirming the saddle fitted and needed flocking adjustment. After the incident second opinion confirmed the saddle was ill-fitted to an extent that sat on the lion. An Equine Solicitor says it is difficult to prove I was bucked due to ill-fitted saddle. Does anyone know of an Equine Accident Investigator to check the saddle and pony and provide a report?
