This lady wanted my pony. She only had £800 but I agreed. She said she'd only pay in installments and it will be paid by the 20th. I asked her for a £200 deposit. She paid and signed the agreement. I clipped him, trimmed his feet and paid for the transport. On Sunday morning, she said he couldn't come on saturday and said can she have him next week instead. The transport was here, so I texted her and said she's messing me around - either she wants him or not. She responded I won't bother then and now she wants her deposit back. Do I have the right to keep the deposit?
