On 27th June 2009 I was bucked off by my horse and seriously injured. I instruct another saddle fitter to check the saddle since I was having a lot of problems with the saddle.The instructed saddle fitter checked the saddle confirming that the saddle was ill fitted. The saddle was fitted in October 2008 and was last checked by the former saddle fitter in May 2009 and I was told that the saddle fitted well. Can I sue the former saddle fitter for negligence and my personal injury?
