Depends i never told my insurance about the fact that she went lame day after i brought her and had treatment, when i claimed last jan they had all her medical records and didnt exclude anything from before or the bone spavins that we found in Jan. Only now are they excluding bone disease after ive had to make a second claim this year on same issue, however they have paid out for all her treatments. Now ive informed them when we fould liver issues - didnt claim but was not sure at the time. You will soon find out as they send you a letter telling you what they exclude etc.
