Hi. I have the Gold membership insurance from BHS. When someone had an accident on my horse, I contacted the insurance company to ask about making a claim. They wanted to have details of my home contents insurance policy as it normally also offers liability insurance. They wanted me to try and claim through my home and contents insurance!!! Not through them. So.... check if you are covered on any other policy you may already have.
