Another no no for E& L, am also in dispute with them, findinf their service terrible

Do not use E and L they are absoulutely terrible am busy trying to get them to pay up for a claim which they are finding every excuse not to.!!!!

I would also highly recomend Petplan Equine. I have had no trouble with them for the entire time I have had a policy with them and cannot fault their profesionalism. brookethorpe I was with the company whose leaflets fall out of the magazines and your right they wouldnt pay out for me twice costing me hundreds. In the end the veterinary surgeries started putting posters up telling owners not to inssure with them.
