Ultimately all horses have different needs. You would need basic stable equipment such as water bucket, feed bucket, mucking out tools and so forth. The horse will, depending on her type, most likely require rugs - a light/medium weight stable rug for autumn and spring and a heavier weight for the worst of the winter. You will also need turnout rugs, a lighter one for spring and autumn and a heavy weight for winter, ideally you should have two of each so that if one gets very wet you have an alternative while it dries out. Then there's feeding - without knowing much about the horse it's difficult to advise what she will need, but at least hay/haylage for when she is stabled and probably sugar beet and a coarse mix or fibre based feed to add in. You will also need the farrier at least every 8 weeks, again it depends on the horse. Tack wise if she is to be ridden then you will need saddle, bridle, stirrup irons and leathers, girth and saddle cloth/numnah. You will also need a head collar and lead rope and grooming equipment including hoof pick.
