I have used bach flower remedies on my horse and they are fantastic. I used to put about 4 or 5 drops on his bit before I went hacking (or 3 or4 sprays depending on what type of dispenser the remedy comes in).

If she gets nervey out on hacks or whenever ridden, try a bach flower remedy called Mimulus. It's for horses that can get spooky or nervy. It is very good. You can either put a few drops on her bit, some drops in her feed or in her water trough in her field.

You can use it on a regular basis. I would try to reduce it over time, because it's always better to have your horse being sane and well behaved without the use of products, but you can use it for as long as you need.
