You can get a vet to check them, however I would reccomend you get a specialised equine dentist out, as they are obviously going to have more experience dealing with teeth cos that's more or less all they do. They are some vets out there that are very good with teeth, but the majority are pretty average. As for price my dentist's around £25 (I think the callout alone for my vet is around that!) but this is for a yard visit dunno if it'd be more just for the one horse
