may need to get the flocking adjusted. it's usually good to ask history on the saddle, and not just the horse. saddlers do not like to change the flocking/reflock on a regular basis, as hard lumps can form, so he may not do too much to it, but depending on its last 'check-up,' it may be advisable to start it from scratch, and get it seen to. also, asking your saddler about how the saddle is looking shape wise and gaining his professional opinion is priceless and could keep you more aware of changes in it and how it may threaten her back in the future. x
