My horse’s girth chafes – can you suggest one that may suit him?
By Your Horse
If your horse is prone to getting chafed by his girth, look for one with soft cushions of leather at the elbows.

my first horse was a thin skinned TB and I found the only girth that didn't chafe was a padded all leather one. The downside was that this is an expensive option, the upside was a comfortable horse.

I would recommend a fleece girth sleeve, they arent very expensive and very easy to use. x
