I have a rising 3 colt who i cant get weight on! He lost weight over the winter and I'm having trouble getting him to put on condition. He is being fed 3 mugs of triple crown top up, 3 stubbs round scoops of rolled barley and 3 of sugar beet. He also has adlib haylage and is stabled overnight. He has been wormed and is rugged up well.He goes out during the day but the grass isnt very good quality. Any help would be very welcome.
