i have a sec a pony who is prone to laminitis we are currently feeding him "happy hoof" by spillers its approved by the laminitis trust. worth giving it ago. also if he's out most of the day try a grazing gard this helps my little one and has been ok for a while (touch wood)

Does he even need feeding? If hes a laminitic shetland i dont think id feed him unless he was entered in the shetland grand national. x
