You need to get the cloudy one that contains the 'mother' as it is has all the good enzymes in it. The clear one from supermarkets has been pasturised which kills off all the good enzymes.As well as feeding it to your horse it is a good anti-bacterial wash for mud fever when diluted with warm water, it will deter fleas and ticks on dogs if added to drinking water and you can take it yourself for numerous ailments or benefits.
