What’s great?
A great book, full of exercises to try at home. It includes warm ups, loosening exercises, tips to improve your straightness and position, lateral work and more advanced movements. It’s easy to navigate and has a useful calendar-style hole in all the pages so you can hang it in the school to refer to while riding. It was popular with our testers.
What’s not so great?
This is more of a work book than a reading book. It also seemed strange to our testers that the lateral work section started with half-pass, which was quite difficult as a first exercise (later exercises were much easier).
