YH tester Michelle Wright says:

A funky and fitted design, complying to EN 1150, with thick Reflexite tapes around the arms and body, plus a reflective logo on the back. The Rflex 360° is extremely well made – I like the zip pulls, fleece finish around the neck, and the poppers that keep the drawstring neat and snap inside the coat. However, from a rider’s point of view, the jacket is less impressive. Although windproof, waterproof and breathable, it just isn’t comfortable. The Reflexite strips are stiff and dig into my arms when I bend them – even after regular wear and washing. This is a good looking jacket but comfort has been sacrificed for style.

I have this jacket and really like it. It saves wearing hi-viz on top of your normal jacket. I find it comfortable and although I agree the reflective strips are stiff, I don't find this a problem.
